Overseer

I like to brag about my job. Mostly since I get paid to goof off at times. This picture took me about 6-7 hours, pure Photoshop work. The original idea was to have one of my other more god-mod characters doing something similar with either holding a galaxy, a soul, or something else that is hard to grasp in concept. Then I realized that I did have a character that wasn't the standard three that sort of could fit this theme, thus I picked my spacey android girl, Zel (something not Mewtwo, Pokemon, Sailor Moon, anime or whatever influenced for once!).

Zel basically stays put as some sort of pseudo seer, doing her whole astronomy/astrology viewing, predicting and some minor mucking. Don't know what galaxy she's looking at currently, but something about it bothers her.

The one advantage of a straight-on shot was that I basically could duplicate everything across the horizontal split and increase my speed. That and layer effects. Cheapest thing ever, but loved it. As Zel is one of my higher detailed characters, I find that I don't have to do much to make her look complicated. One of the tricks I loved learning from the boys, and it works well for her.
