Boy art! Or in other words, obnoxious, no color work that is as sloppily inked as humanly possible, or at least within my limits of what I considered both detailed for pens and sloppy. In any case, this is a picture of my Lugia from my extremely old fan fiction from something like a decade or more ago, "Bulbasaur's Mysterious Garden: Dimension Devastation" because I was so lame with titles back then. Figured that as a rule I got to do one self-insertion fan fiction so I wouldn't end up basically writing Twilight when I was 40 years old and then deny it like an absolute love-sick, self-pandering moron. Great idea, since 15 year old self at the time thought it was awesome and I am glad older me isn't writing such junk because it's so admittedly painful to read (slapstick in it though was my better work). Explanation time!

Story was more like Pokemon meet Animorphs meets Sailor Moon, so most of the humans in it used magical pendants to change into their online aliases (still kicking myself here). Self-insertion and the alias of Vaporeon Lugia Krabby meant a three-way split into an individual Vaporeon, Lugia and a Krabby. Psychologically, they're a hive mind that shares one brain, with each taking a more dominant albeit manic emotion to make their core personality. Lugia's pendant (connection to the mother brain) was shattered, and she basically went ballistic, which is how we get half-drenched, roaring queen of the angry flying buzzards, storming about on a beach like the most angry whale you'd never want to see on dry land. Of those who knew about her before Pokemon Colosseum, they tended to dub her "the original Shadow Lugia", but while she has a freakishly dark, permeating black aura along with next to no sentience, she looks no different in shape or scale than a standard Lugia. Still has absolutely brutish stats and is a painful producer of damage, but only like this. Sort of feel sorry that Mewtwo got his butt absolutely kicked by this thing, though to be fair he pushed her too far.

Wanted to draw this pose for ages, but because it's so limited in capacity in the end found this art approach would suit it best. Masculine, dominant pose with a more masculine style.

I like this drawing of Lugia! I think this would look great when colored. The water drips everywhere give the pic a really dynamic touch!
