Fatality

The moment I finished my Mewblade novels I made at points suggestions (threats) about rewriting it again, with changes in the story and especially changes in the characters. Most of this was so I could actually get some publishable books out of them that had nothing to do with Pokemon. Of course, this meant changing the main character to something that wasn't a copy off of a Mewtwo (Mewthree in this case). Have to start with something, and that something would be the lead role.

Anyone aware of Mewblade, or who likes Mewblade... THIS IS NOT MEWBLADE. AND I AM NOT GETTING RID OF MEWBLADE. Clear? Okay. Her successor is the first of the five Aeon set, going by Fatality. All of them were allowed to choose their own names, and due to her waning condition was the only name she thought she deserved. 'Fatality' being the outlook her creators had for her. A stumble out of her death bed and onto the floor is where this picture starts. Fate intervening like it always seems to and saving her life.

Plan in design is basically human with the exceptions of the additions of certain attributes that defined the Mewthree sets. Tails, more animal-like feet and variations on the ears are a consistent theme. All the colors are being changed from the cool colors to shades of grey and skin tones. For Fatality it still means genderless, titanium blades (presented as a ridge, since they're currently 'down'), purple eyes, though actual deafness than perceived ignorance. Hopefully I've managed to remove Mewblade from Fatality enough that they don't look like carbon copies. I still may edit her, as this is more of the 'neutral' appearance, not an intended attack form.

As for visuals regarding anyone else, it depends on if I feel like it or not. Currently reading through a 700 page bestiary to find suitable replacements for anything I'm keeping, so having an idea of what say, Flaming June's (Moltres) follow-up is, I have no clue yet. Sure, I can design characters but designing a 50+ slew of them and trying to make them unique and attractive is just plain daunting.
